Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:

• Delivery location
• Number of items ordered
• Freight or courier requirements
• Special handling requirements
• Installation or delivery services, where applicable

The applicable shipping charges will be communicated during checkout or by our sales team before the order is finalized.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed after payment and order confirmation. Processing times can vary depending on product availability and whether the product is ready to ship, specially configured, or made to order.

For large-format printers and industrial equipment, our team will provide an estimated dispatch and delivery schedule after confirming the order.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and carrier. Delays may occur because of:

• Customs clearance
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Other circumstances outside our control

An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically agreed in writing.

Large Equipment & Freight Delivery

Industrial printers and large-format equipment may be shipped by freight rather than standard courier. Customers may need to ensure that the delivery location has:

• Suitable access for the equipment
• Adequate unloading arrangements
• Sufficient floor space
• Appropriate electrical and environmental conditions
• Any required lifting or handling equipment

Additional delivery or installation services may be available depending on the order.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the packaging or equipment appears damaged, photograph the condition before accepting or unpacking the shipment where possible and contact us immediately.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, permits, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
