Description
EdgePrint Thunderstorm TS FB5000R is a high-performance professional LED UV flatbed printer designed for high-quality printing on a wide range of flat and rigid materials. With printing speeds of 320–1200 square feet and a maximum printing size of 2500 × 1300 mm, it provides flexible and productive performance for demanding printing applications.
Powered by advanced Ricoh Gen6 MH5320 printheads, the printer delivers precise and detailed output with a 5 pl droplet size and high productivity. Its anti-collision system helps protect the printheads, machine, and printing materials during operation.
The printer features THK Japanese linear guides, Fuji servo drives and motors, Maglev technology, and a precision HAXCORE vacuum print bed for smooth, stable, accurate, and vibration-free printing. Air-cooled LED UV curing lamps provide efficient curing with lower power consumption and long service life.
The dual negative pressure system supports stable ink delivery, including continuous white ink operation. With Pall USA 5-micron ink filters, Photoprint RIP software, and custom ICC profiles, the printer delivers excellent filtration, color accuracy, and wide color gamut.
It supports CMYK, White, and Varnish configurations and prints on acrylic, tiles, stainless steel, glass, marble, wood, and other rigid surfaces.
